Monitor M6 Crosshiit
The BH Cross 1200 is equipped with the M6 Crosshiit console. The monitor includes HIIT training plans. In addition, the console itself guides you on the intensity that you should train by changing the color of the screen.
- -If the console turns to color BLUE: you are not working at the desired intensity
- -Color console GREEN: you're doing great, keep it up, it's the rhythm
- -Color screen RED: you are going too far, you have to lower the intensity of the training a little and reach the orange color.
Air and magnetic resistance
This elliptical bike has two types of resistance Air + Magnetic. It allows working with high intensities and with explosiveness thanks to the air resistance. If you want to do more gradual workouts then use magnetic resistance. Two options in one bike.
