To provide challenging and versatile training sessions, the Power Stack XT features a low pulley, a high pulley with a Lat bar, combo press butterfly arms, as well as 4 foam leg developers. The multi-station is compact in size (163cm x 101cm) to save valuable floor space and comes with an instructional exercise chart. For optimal comfort and added support during workouts, the Power Stack XT features a generously padded vinyl seat and back. It is suitable for a wide variety of exercises such as pulldowns, rows, shrugs, shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep push downs, leg extensions, leg curls, chest presses, and inside/outside leg kicks.
