1. Wash and cut both the zucchini and the onion. You can do it in cubes or the zucchini in half moons and the onion in julienne.
2. Pour a jet of oil into the pan and when it heats up add both the onion and the zucchini. Let both ingredients cook until the water released by the zucchini evaporates , otherwise, you must drain them well to remove the water.
3. Put the 3 eggs and the 200ml of milk in a bowl and beat them.
4. Then add the zucchini and onion , season to taste and mix everything well.
5. In a baking dish we put baking paper and pour half of the mixture and expand it well so that it covers the entire base.
6. On top of the mixture we add the turkey without the slices mounting one on top of the other. If we want, we can add a second layer of turkey.
7. Let's pour the rest of the mixture into the fountain and expand it again until it completely covers the turkey layer.
8. Sprinkle the grated cheese, and take it to the oven until the cheese is golden and the cake has curdled (you can help yourself with a knife to check it). Approximately 20 minutes at 200ºC.
9. We take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and that's it!
