Easy return: return purchases without complications.

When an unjustified return is made (other than due to a product failure or our error in sending the merchandise), the customer will have to pay for the return shipment of the product and the amount of the first shipment will not be refunded. In the event that you do not pay the transport costs of the first shipment, because it was postage paid, because the amount of the order was greater than the established amount, at the time of payment the costs of the first shipment will be deducted.
- We extend the right of withdrawal (the right of return). In online purchases you have the possibility of returning the product up to 14 days after delivery, at Sportech Fitness We extend it up to 1 year (365 days).
- You can return or exchange the products while they are unused and in perfect condition (including their accessories, documentation and original packaging).
- When the return is justified (that is to say that we have made a mistake when sending you the material or that it is defective, broken...) Sportech Fitness is responsible for the transportation costs of collecting and delivering the correct material.
- The only expense that you have to pay when you make a return (that is not justified) are the transport costs. You can send it to our warehouse with the courier of your choice or we can send it to you with the following amounts, which we will deduct from the return payment.
- Products weighing less than 20 Kg: €9.90
- Products between 20 and 50 Kg: €19.90
- Fitness machines: 49.90€
- Upon receiving the return, our post-sale team checks that everything is in perfect condition and we will refund you within 48 hours.

All our products for domestic use have a minimum guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery.
