We are sure that you will be delighted with the products you order from us, but on occasion it may be necessary to return an item to us. We want the process to be as simple as possible.
First of all, when the carrier delivers your order, if you see any product that is clearly damaged, DO NOT accept that product and tell the carrier to return it. We will contact you as soon as possible to send you a new unit of the damaged item.
Once you have received your order you have a period of 14 days to examine the products received and during that period of time you can request the return of any of them and claim the refund of the amount (or, in the case of a defective product, request a new one in good condition as long as we have it in Stock).
The first thing you have to do to return a product is to contact us. We will assign you a return code that is ESSENTIAL to put somewhere clearly visible in the shipment so that we can accept your return.
If the product is defective, it is not what you ordered or you have to return it for any other reason attributable to us, we will take care of sending the logistics to pick it up. If you want to return the product because you are not satisfied, you will have to take care of sending it to the address that we will provide you when we give you the return code. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we ask you to send it through a system in which there is proof of delivery (certified mail or transport agency) and we suggest you insure it for the value of its amount. In either case, the product must be returned in its original packaging in good condition and with all its components inside. We reserve the right not to accept a return that does not arrive in these conditions. Once we have received the returned product, we will send you a new one or refund your money, as the case may be. The return will be made before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract by the consumer and user.
Cancellation of orders
You can cancel an order before you are charged for the purchase of the product and/or service. To do this, click Back when you are at the SHOPPING CART SUMMARY screen. If you make the payment for the product and/or service and do not wish to purchase it, you can request its return and reimbursement of the amount.
