Conditions for changes and returns

It was easy to develop: returns purchases without complications.

 

• To process a return you just have to fill out this form clicking here. We will contact you within 48 business hours, speeding up everything as much as possible.

• We extend the right of withdrawal (the right of return). In online purchases you have the possibility of returning the product up to 14 days after delivery, at Sportech Fitness we extend it up to 1 year.

• You can return or exchange the products while they are unused and in perfect condition (including accessories, documentation and original packaging). • When the return is justified (that is to say that we made a mistake when sending you the material or that it is defective, broken...) Sportech Fitness is responsible for the transportation costs of collecting and delivering the correct material.
