How long do you take to answer?
In general, we answer everything within 24 hours. By phone we attend to the moment from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We answer the email during the day, normally if we receive an email in the morning we try to answer it before noon and if it arrives before 5:00 p.m. we answer it in the afternoon.
