Where is my order?
If, when you make the order, on our website it says that the product you order is in stock, you will have complete traceability from the beginning.
Once you place the order, you will receive an email confirming the order. Before 24 hours the material will be shipped and you will receive an email informing you that the material has been sent and then you will receive another email with the issue number.
If you cannot locate the emails or need more information, call us or write to us and we will look into it. If the material is not in stock and there is an expected delivery date and you have not received the shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will check the status of the order.
