Are deliveries made at the plant or at street level?
Packages weighing less than 30Kg are delivered at home, but those over 30Kg are delivered at street level, that is, at the portal.
On many occasions, the carriers take them up to the house, especially if there is an elevator, but you have to keep in mind that they do not have to go up.
For cases where the carrier does not upload it to your home and if you do not want/you can upload it, we have the option of having a waiter upload it to your home and the cost is €60 and you choose it when placing the order.
