Who gives the guarantee and who do I have to contact if I need to use it?
The guarantee is always given by the manufacturer, we are the distributor and we will do the pertinent procedures for you, but the one who gives it or who denies it is the manufacturer.
If you want to process the warranty directly with the manufacturer you can do it, we will give you the contact and you manage it, if you prefer that we do it, we will be happy to do it.
To process it, you will have to fill out the form on our website (click here) and specify the problem, we may ask you for photos and videos.
Once we have the information, we will send it to the manufacturer's technical assistance department and in about ¾ days they will contact you to solve the problem.
