The Body-Solid G9S features a multi-function arm press station for bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and chest supported medium row exercises. Its fully adjustable range of motion allows users to achieve deeper muscle exercise intensity for faster, more defined results.

The Leg Press/Calf Press Station is powered by its own separate weight stack, with a 2 to 1 weight ratio, giving G9 gyms the incredible capacity of a 420lb leg press.

The multi-grip arm press system offers deep and effective muscle training for chest, incline, and shoulder press movements. There's no need to sit on the floor to perform rowing exercises with the G9S, simply grab the handles on the middle row for an invigorating mid and lower back workout that will increase flexibility, strengthen and relieve lower back stress.
• Pec dec: The G9S includes a Pec Dec station that features dual upper variable resistance cams that allow each arm to operate independently providing unilateral and bilateral chest, back and shoulder conditioning. Pop-pin adjustable seat rises vertically to properly align hands and elbows with twist grips for proper alignment. Perform one-arm reverse flyes to develop your back and shoulders.
• Press leg / Press for legs: The G9S includes a powerful calf and leg press attachment that works in a 2:1 ratio, turning a 210-pound workout weight stack into a 420-pound leg press. Its design reduces spinal compression while allowing full range of motion. The fully adjustable back pad and ergonomically designed pivoting foot plate accommodate users of all sizes for a complete leg and calf workout.
