The easy-to-use, multi-function Powerline P2 Home Gym is cleverly designed to offer a wide range of motion for users of any size. By combining an ergonomically correct press arm and a functional training arm, the P2 combines the best of both worlds: traditional exercises and functional training in one compact machine.

Multi-press arms: Biomechanically engineered for maximum chest focus and exceptional muscle development. The comfortable multi-position handles target different areas of the chest and triceps. The adjustable seat height ensures you get the perfect fit.

Lat Pulldown / High Pulley Station: Perform lat pull downs, triceps press downs, cable crossovers, and many more high pulley exercises. Adjustable support pads stabilize your body for lifts beyond your bodyweight. Unique versatility allows you to increase the strength and endurance of your back muscles.

Ab Crunch / Medium Pulley Station: Build incredible abs and fabulous triceps fast at this strength training station. Biomechanically engineered for smooth, comfortable, full-range-of-motion crunching. Specifically designed to firm, flatten and isolate the entire abdominal area.

Functional pulleys: Fixed pulleys allow users to perform a variety of exercises that recruit stabilizing muscles to exercise movements like push-ups and toe presses, and rotate to fit a variety of different exercises with smooth, constant resistance.

Leg extension/leg curl station: Develop muscular legs and stronger knee joints, this leg builder is ready to help you reach your goals. The leg developer's SmoothGlide Bearing System™, combined with self-aligning leg cuffs, guide you through the most demanding curls and leg extensions.

Seated Row/Low Pulley Station: Essential for well-developed backs, seated row exercises build mid-back depth and target hard-to-reach lower lats. The low pulley rotates smoothly and completely to provide precise resistance for cable push-ups, upright rows, shrugs, leg curls, leg curls and more.

The optional leg press can be mounted on either side of the gym and offers a 2:1 ratio for increased resistance. (Note: Gym width changes to 74")
Driven by a 160 Lb (72.60 Kg), advanced alloy weight stack plates are machine-drilled to exact specifications and employ state-of-the-art nylon bushings for super smooth and quiet operation.
