Bodytone presents its Squat from the Solid Rock line , an elegant, simple and versatile machine that perfectly accompanies your movements in the many exercises you do. The exclusive design of the Solid Rock line contributes to the creation of a machine with great biomechanical performance .

DOUBLE GRIP

The double grip allows the performance of multiple exercises depending on the position adopted, guiding the user to the perfect biomechanical execution, avoiding any type of injury that may occur.


DOUBLE BAR AND STORAGE

This unique model on the market has four charging spikes and two storage spikes. This allows the use of all types of users, from the beginner to the most expert who works with a significant load of weight.

 USER HEIGHT

Our jukeboxes are designed for a very wide spectrum of users, allowing their adjustment to adapt to different user heights, from approximately 150 to 200 cm.

 STRUCTURE

110x52 mm steel tube, 3 mm thick, welded according to UNE EN 10219, quality S-275-J0H. Enriched and optimized to maintain a constant section in the bending process, avoiding fragile areas with a low rate of breakage. Cold bending process using a 4-roller system avoiding deformation in the process, maintaining its physical characteristics throughout the piece.

 PAINTING PROCESS

3 coats of paint. Pickled and stabilized steel by total immersion of the pieces in different degreasing solutions to guarantee a perfect and complete cleaning of the base material. Anti-rust primer to ensure adequate isolation of internal oxidation and good paint adhesion. 2 final coats of epoxy polyester powder paint, drying at 240o.

 DESIGN PROCESS

Study of biomechanics and ergonomics under the supervision of associated professionals and athletes. After a long period of design: from the sketch, engineering research, prototype production, testing by professional athletes, our products go on the market.

WELDING

Perimeter closed at structural points and connection plates.

 ASSEMBLY PROCESS

10 mm plate-to-plate system to avoid play and torsion in areas of maximum effort. An ergonomic and biomechanical study to optimize each exercise.

 AXES

10 mm thick plates laser cut with another 10 mm thick plate to reinforce and achieve a smooth movement without play or twisting caused by continuous use or load.

 BEARINGS

SFK double tapered roller bearing, housed in a closed, anti-backlash bushing, ensuring a constant direction of movement.

 GRIPS

Double grip to facilitate different types and angles of exercise. Double disc support for heavier exercises. Anodized aluminum handle, knurled to improve grip.

 OTHERS

Burnished steel disc supports, which give the machine more stability. Turned aluminum top. Screw hardness of 10.9. Adjustment system by means of a single bolt, made of technopolymer with a breaking rate of 750 kg. 4 non-slip rubber bases. Included with 4 rubbers of different degrees of hardness.

Normally this is not an inconvenience, but if you live in a flat without an elevator and you have bought a 100-200 kg machine, we have a service called "carrying" or "second driver" with which the machine is lifted for you until home.

The price of home delivery service for fitness machines and multi-stations is €60.

 

Assembly Service

The products on our page are generally for home use and come prepared so that assembly is easy for you. But if you want maximum comfort, we give you the possibility of having a technician come to your home to assemble the machine.

You can hire this assembly service for any cardiovascular exercise equipment purchased at Sportech Fitness.

When the product arrives at your home, the technician will contact you to agree on the date of assembly of the machine. 

The The price of this service (except multi-stations) is €72.

The multistations because the assembly hours are greater, it has a price of 157€.

When buying your fitness machine, you can choose if you want us to deliver the machine to your doorstep, if you want our technical service to assemble it for you, or both.
